Mark Mlynarczyk

Mark Mlynarczyk has been an adjunct instructor since 2017, teaching BIOT-801: Portfolio & Project Management course. This is a 1-hour course that runs during our spring semester.  Mark brings more than 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry across a diverse range of areas including R&D, strategy, commercialization, government policy and business development. He currently leads R&D Pipeline Governance at AstraZeneca, where he is responsible for assessing and driving pipeline investment decisions alongside AZ’s CEO, CFO and R&D and commercial executive leaders. In his 3 years in this role, Mark has overseen investment exceeding $20 billion.
