Manvi Upadhyay

Manvi, an International student from India, is a recent graduate of the MS Biotechnology program, May 2022. Her Track was Drug Design and Discovery. She has extensive research experience, both in India and in the US. In India, she interned at a molecular diagnostic lab as well as executed an independent research project at an academic lab. During her final semester in the program, she conducted two internships – her Capstone internship at REGENXBIO, a gene therapy company in Maryland as well as in the lab of the Chairman of the Biochemistry and Molecular & Cellular Biology department, Dr. Elliot Crooke. Manvi served on the Biotechnology Executive Board as the International student Liaison.
